The production process of printing film:
New pattern design and confirm
You can provide your pattern, we will design for you and then we send you the new pattern, if you don't like the design, we'll change it, if you confirm that, we can proceed to the next step.
Printing roller production
After the pattern is confirmed, the plate roller factory will start to make plate rollers, about 4 days. (Here, I remind you that you need to pay for the production of the plate roller, and the more colors of the printed pattern, the higher the cost)
Protective film printing
After the plate roller is made, the printing begins, and the time is determined according to the number.
Protective film coating
After the film is printed, we can start coating, we apply the coating according to the viscosity you require.
Cutting
After the film production is completed, the slitter will cut according to the width of your order.
Testing
And then we will test the film, we have a special instrument to check whether the viscosity is up to standard.
Packaging and shipment
After all the above is completed, it is ready to pack. Finally we will arrange to book shipment space to ship the goods.
