1. Blowing: The plastic particles are melted and plasticized in the extruder, and then put into the tubular model to generate the tubular mold embryo. The tube film is blown to the required thickness by high-pressure air, and the film is made after cooling and shaping.

2. Printing: The plate is immersed in the ink tank by the gravure press, and the ink is transferred to the substrate under the action of the embossed rubber roller after the non-engraving part is removed by the scraper.

3. Coating: According to the specifications and models of the production of PE protective film and the applicable fields, the adhesive is made, and then handed over to a professional coater to evenly apply the adhesive on the substrate.

4. Cutting: According to customer requirements, the film roll will be cut into the specified size.

5. Testing: The quality inspection of the produced products is carried out by the special quality inspector.
