Anti-static Mechanism
By adding anti-static agents such as ethoxylated alkylamines, or using nano-coating technology (such as hydrophobic, oleophobic, anti-fouling, anti-corrosion invisible nano-coating), the surface resistance of the film is controlled within the range of 10⁶–10¹⁰Ω, enabling the rapid dissipation of charges. Its anti-static performance is verified by an anti-static tester after rubbing the film.
Multilayer Composite Structure
The typical structure includes: base film (made of polyvinyl chloride or LLDPE), adhesive layer, elastic layer (enhanced toughness with nylon threads), hydrophobic layer, flame-retardant layer (made of PA material) and anti-static layer. This design takes into account the requirements of tensile strength, tear resistance (the longitudinal and transverse elongation rates can reach over 400%) and functionality.
