Casting method: Extrude the molten resin onto the cooling roller through the casting head, and form a film after cooling and shaping. The stretch film produced by this method has a uniform thickness and high transparency, and is suitable for high-magnification pre-stretching.

Blown film method: Heat the resin to melt it, extrude it into a tube shape through an extruder, and then form a film through inflation, cooling and shaping. The stretch film produced by the blown film method has good longitudinal and transverse stretching properties.

Pallet packaging: In logistics transportation, it is used in combination with pallets to package scattered goods as a whole, replacing small containers, which can effectively prevent the misalignment and movement of goods during transportation.

Product protection: It is used for the protective packaging of individual products, such as electronic products, building materials, chemical products, etc., and can play the roles of dust prevention, oil prevention, moisture prevention, water prevention and anti-theft.

Packaging of special-shaped items: For long-shaped and special-shaped items, such as carpets, plates, fiberboards, etc., a horizontal mechanical packaging method can be adopted, and the roll stretch film can be used for winding packaging.

According to the packaging requirements: If it is used for pallet packaging, a wide-width machine stretch film can be selected; if it is for the individual packaging of small items, a narrow-width manual stretch film can be selected.

Consider the stretching ratio: If a high stretching ratio is required to save materials, a pre-stretched machine stretch film can be selected; for manual packaging with a low requirement for the stretching ratio, a common stretch film can meet the needs.

Pay attention to the adhesion requirements: For items that need to be stored for a long time or are prone to shaking during transportation, a stretch film with strong adhesion can be selected.
