product introduction

Core Values and Advantages
1. Efficient Infection Control: It directly blocks the transmission of pathogens via equipment surfaces, safeguards the safety of both medical staff and patients, and serves as the "first line of defense" in infection control.
2. Ultimate Convenience and Efficiency:
One-use per patient, then disposal: After treatment, only the film needs to be replaced, eliminating the tedious task of wiping and disinfecting each contact surface. This significantly shortens the "turnover time" of the consultation room and improves the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment.
Ready to use upon opening: Pre-cut into proper sizes and shapes, it is easy to operate and saves preparation time.
3. Protection for Expensive Equipment: It prevents chemical disinfectants from repeatedly corroding the paint, plastic casings, screens, and precision components (such as control panels and joints) of equipment, greatly extending the service life of devices like dental comprehensive treatment units.
4. Excellent Material Properties:
Waterproof and germ-proof: Effectively isolates liquids and pollutants.
High transparency: Does not hinder the observation of equipment screens, scales, and indicator lights.
High elasticity and toughness: Not easy to break when stretched, and has good adherence.
Powder-free and low-allergen: Safe and harmless.
Standard Usage Procedure
1. Preliminary Preparation: Before the start of treatment, ensure the surface of the equipment has been thoroughly cleaned.
2. Select the Barrier Film: Choose an appropriate barrier film based on the equipment to be protected.
3. Apply the Film: Tear off the adhesive backing or directly cover the equipment with the film. Ensure the film fully covers the target area and is firmly attached or stretched tight.
4. Conduct Treatment: Perform routine dental procedures.
5. Remove After Treatment: The operator should put on gloves, then carefully roll up the contaminated barrier film from one corner inward to avoid hand contact with the contaminated outer surface.
6. Disposal: Immediately discard the used film into a medical waste bin (with yellow waste bags).
7. Subsequent Disinfection: The surface under the film is considered clean. Afterwards, only routine disinfection or sterilization of uncovered instruments (such as burs and handpiece heads) is required, along with terminal disinfection of the surrounding environment.
