Product Process
How is film produced? Now let me give you a general introduction to the film blowing machine.
The film blowing machine is mainly composed of extruder, head, die head, cooling device, bubble stabilizing frame, herringbone plate, traction roll, coiling device, etc.
- Extruder: Its basic structure includes: transmission device, feeding device, barrel, screw, head and mouth die and other parts.
- Head: There are two main types of head used for blow molding film: steering right Angle type and horizontal straight through type.
- Filter screen: During the extrusion process of the extruder, the molten material is transported to the mold through the filter. The filter allows the material to be filtered and improves the mixing effect of the material. The extruder's filter is fixed to a porous or slotted protective plate, which creates a seal between the extruder and the mold.
- Cooling device: In the film production process, the cooling of the bubble tube is very important, and it takes only ten seconds from the mouth die to the traction roll. During this period of time, if the cooling is not good, the film is easy to stick and the opening is not good after the traction roll is pressed. The cooling device is composed of cooling air ring, blower, etc., and the cooling methods are water cooling and internal cooling depending on the process.
- Herringbone plate: The herringbone plate is used to stabilize the bubble tube and guide the bubble tube into the flat film. The Angle of the herringbone plate plays an important role in the stability of the winding film.
- Coiling device: Its role is to smooth the product, both sides of the neat, moderate tension to the scroll, so the winding device can provide reliable stepless speed of the winding speed and moderate tension. There are center rolls (active rolls) and surface rolls (passive rolls). Whether it is the center roll or the surface roll, the core is required to achieve static balance, so that the balance of the volume can be achieved.
