01. Residual adhesive left on the carpet after removal.
Causes: Poor quality of the protective film, excessively long adhesion time, or excessively high ambient temperature.
Solutions: Use a specialized adhesive remover. First, test it on a hidden area of the carpet, then dip a clean cloth in a small amount and wipe gently. You can also try using alcohol, but again, a preliminary test is required.
02. The protective film tears during use.
Causes: The film is too thin to withstand heavy foot traffic or the rolling pressure of wheels.
Solutions: Choose a thicker gauge of film, or lay two or even multiple layers in areas with extremely high foot traffic.
