Usage Precautions – Short-term/Interim Protection
PE film is primarily intended for use during renovations or logistics transitions; it is not recommended for long-term exposure to high heat or sunlight, nor for use as a permanent, everyday tabletop covering. Risk of Adhesive Residue: Prolonged exposure to intense light or high temperatures may cause some lower-quality PE films to degrade and transfer adhesive residue to the surface; such films should be removed promptly. Long-term Protection Alternative: For sustained tabletop protection against heat and scratches, specialized furniture films made of PET or TPU are recommended.
