1. Appropriate Adhesion
Secure Adhesion: No edge lifting or peeling during transportation and processing.
Easy Peeling: No adhesive residue left after peeling within the specified period (e.g., 6/12/24 months). This is the most critical technical indicator-low-quality films leave residue that severely contaminates the paint surface and causes substantial losses.
Stable Adhesion: Adhesion does not fluctuate drastically with time or temperature changes.
2. Excellent Physical & Mechanical Properties
Scratch Resistance: The film has sufficient thickness and toughness to resist friction and minor impacts.
Tear Resistance: Not easily torn during slitting, laminating or subsequent processing.
Good Ductility: Can deform synchronously with the substrate without cracking during bending, stamping or other forming processes of metal sheets.
3. Chemical Stability
No chemical reaction with the paint surface; no corrosion or paint damage.
The adhesive component of the film is stable, and will not produce acidic or alkaline substances due to aging that could damage the paint surface.
