1. High-Temperature Weatherproof Tapes
3M 373/375 Series: Made of BOPP substrate, resistant to high temperatures of 149°C (long-term) to 204°C (short-term), with a thickness of 0.064-0.079mm. Suitable for industrial equipment packaging and sealing in high-temperature environments, such as protection of electronic components.
3M RT8040 Foam Tape: 4.0mm thick, made of acrylic foam substrate, heat-resistant up to 260°C (short-term). Ideal for waterproof sealing of automotive trims and outdoor equipment.
2. High-Strength Fiber Tapes
8915/8981 Series: Glass fiber-reinforced polypropylene substrate, with a tensile strength of 6600N/100mm, puncture-resistant and moisture-proof. For example, 8915 is used for fixing stainless steel kitchen utensils, while 8981 is specially for sealing heavy furniture flat packaging, replacing traditional sealing nails.
8959 Bi-Directional Fiberglass Tape: Bi-directional fiber design, highly cut-resistant, suitable for bonding furniture back panels, providing high adhesion and aesthetics.
